We had the best luck one evening. We walked by Small World and a little crowd had started to gather. I figured it was about time for the lights to come on so we stood there to wait. About 30 seconds later the entire building lit up. I actually gasped it was so beautiful. What a wonderful memory to be there for. I will never forget it.
