How often do you get to see a little person get their first taste of something? Here is a pic of our little ONE year old, E. My sister-in-law had just given her a cup of milk, a new thing to her. I do think she has had milk before this actual pic but from the look on her face she hasn't gotten used to it yet.
Here is one of E eating her first birthday cake. She has had a little tiny taste of cake here and there but there is something about your first "it's ok with mom and dad if I eat it all" cake that is so special. She didn't like eating with her hands but once she got a spoon she was one happy camper. She is her mothers daughter after all, stuck mostly to the frosting!
